Fashion commerce association Muotikaupan Liitto ry est. 1917 and Modin – a fashion trade magazine in Finland approached us with the task to renew their brand identity. With a saturated market of fashion online platforms along with membership in decline, Muotikaupan Liitto’s current brand has become antiquated and stagnant. Positioning the brand purpose and naming to an active role through the use of bold color, graphical elements and tone of voice we preserved the established history through the construction of the logotype inspired from Helsinki’s past of unique architecture and typography.
