The new service concept AITO proposed for the Helsinki Central Library, is created for tourists to support them to determine their own authenticity of Finland by offering diverse levels of engagement in the local culture. It aims to bring not only self-change from internal stimuli for tourists, but also a positive contribution for the library and local community.
